Peter graduated from the University of Adelaide with a Bachelor of Dental Surgery in 2012. He then attained the Graduate Diploma in Clinical Dentistry (Oral Implants) at the University of Sydney. Peter completed his third degree and full-time specialist periodontal training at the University of Adelaide, being awarded the prestigious G.O Lawrence scholarship for academic excellence.

Peter has worked as a lecturer at the University of Adelaide and also as a specialist tutor at the University of Sydney for Doctor of Dental Medicine students. He is a member of the Australian and New Zealand Academy of Periodontics, International Team of Implantology and Australian Society of Periodontology.
